To whom it concerns: I am a 'regular' citizen with regular concerns for his country. I want to weigh in on the Volker Rule. It is beyond my expertise to understand the full ramifications of this rule. However, as a citizen it is my request to the governing agencies that whatever the regulation, it be made to prevent another calamity in the sense of a financial meltdown. Please add my voice to those who seek fairness, sanity, and well-being of the US.
