Members of the FSOC:
Please implement the 'Volcker Rule' and indeed all the regulations of the Dodd-Frank act. I have followed the CFTC for years, as a private investor, and am appalled at the ineffective attempts at implementation they have made. Two of the Commissioners have their heads on straight, but without a majority they cannot limit the number of commodities futures positions an entity can hold. I would like to see some strength of leadership at correcting as many of the terrible greedy and risky actions as possible. Please help. Thank you for the opportunity to comment.
