Ban OTC trading, all trades open, with trader and all info posted. Including history.
History of Options prices must be posted.
ban the CDO and CDS.
You make the loan, you risk it. You dont want the risk, you sell the loan.
I am sick of reading about the stream of fraud from WS
for the last few years.
New rule.
All executives at every company have all their personal assets, ALL of them. On the line for the LIFE of the corporation in case of fraud. The liability only ends with death and transfer to inhearitors.
I am sick of people like this..............
