I am a average US citizen age 49 with about $100,000.00 invested in the stock market with my wife through 401 k accounts and a individual account. Please consider my thoughts to help bring stability to the stock market and allow us little guys to invest in a fair market, PASS A RULE REQUIRING ALL STOCK AND LEVERAGED ETFS TO BE HELD FOR THREE DAYS MINIMUM, THIS WOULD STOP THE RECKLESS TRADING BY THE BIG GUYS AND LEVEL THE PLAYING FIELD FOR EVERYONE,
