Please, Please, Please reinstate the uptick rule. The Hedge funds are killing me and all the rest of us that have invested our life savings for retirement. If you need some proof that the rule needs reinstated, notice that the short/long funds are up 12% this year when the rest of us long are crashing. Please take this seriously it worked for 70 years bring it back now.
