In my own opinion, I strenuously object to the SEC changing any rules that allow any banks or firms to weasel out of being regulated.
The WSJ had an article that highlighted what JP Morgan Chase Co along with CitiGroup Inc. were requesting and, considering that JP Morgan was one of the founding members of the stock exchange, I find their request abominable.
PLEASE, do not allow these corporations to have their way in this.
