I am a retail investor and this concerns me a great deal. I have done my homework on which REITS are right for my family to invest in. With the Federal Reserve giving us guidance on no interest rate hikes until 6/2013 I thought my investment would only be influenced my Market risk, but now you have added another dimension. I will now have to rely on your judgement to see if I lose thousands of dollars. You kicked the legs from under me.
