What exactly is the problem here ?
What small, retail investors have been burned that the SEC is concerned about these companies operating structure and use of derivatives ?
Can these same SEC folks get concerned about the other Madoff Ponzi schemes out there.penny-stock operators fleecing retirees..boiler-rooms scamming thousands of investors of their life-savings ?
Nothey go after folks who help make the MBS market the 2nd largest and most liquid in the world, after U.S. Treasuries.
You want us burn our money in equities-you have forgotten 2008. You want us to keep money in CDs at .5%
What are we retirees supposed to do?
