I have a lot of money invested in all kinds of REITS. Please do not change the rules that cut down the leverage that most of these REITS have done. This will greatly hurt the innocent investors that depend on these great dividends. All of these REITS will crash if this is done and I will have to sell them while losing a great principle amount. You should leave this alone and you should not change anything about the current laws.
