I do not want any mutual fund that I invest in to be legally able to use derivatives.
Derivatives are currently not sufficiently regulated/rated, are too complex for the vast majority of the populace to understand, and have insufficient safeguards (for a retirement-type financial product) to be a stable, long-term investment that can weather financial market downturns.
