I support the Regulation Best Execution rule. A fair and transparent market is a healthy market. I am under the impression that the current structure allows some bad actors to overwhelmingly succeed at the expense of small investors like myself. I am commenting in hopes that these bad actors are held accountable with fines much larger than been handed to previously and or stripped of their ability to exist in this Market.
