I approve of this rule. Sending orders to wholesalers should not be the only thing possible for a household investor, there should be more options for people like me. I hope the proposed changes to ATS rules will promote better alignment with regulatory frameworks for household investors. ATS should provide much more detailed information to the SEC regarding everything. This would improve the SEC's ability to oversee ATS and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
