Removing conflicts of interest along with transparency from all parties involved are paramount to maintain a strong and trustworthy market. It is very obvious to any investor big or small that things do not line up and that the largest firms are dominating the markets through deceitful tactics and conflicts of interest. I fully support the proposed market rule, and wish it to be implemented as soon as possible. I believe that this rule and any other rule that bring market fairness and transparency is a benefit for all (excluding those that abuse) This will also help bring credibility back to what is now viewed as a largely questionable market.
