If this passes, the SEC, DTC, DTCC, Cede Co., the Federal Reserve, and basically the United States Government will be acknowledging their participation and cover-up of the biggest financial Ponzi scheme fraud of all time. And YOU will have put that into the public record. YOU CAN NOT PASS THIS. GO AFTER INSTEAD ALL THE CORRUPT CRIMINALS OF WALL STREET, EVEN IF THEY ARE CURRENTLY YOUR \"FRIENDS\" OR BENEFACTORS.
