As household investors, we deserve more transparency in the markets. I find this rule does just that through the means of more honest practices between brokers and wholesalers. I support this rule wholeheartedly and would like to see it enforced as soon as possible. The SEC has a lot of work to do in order to regain the trust of investors because repeat violators such as Citadel and Virtu should never be able to operate with as many fines as the ones they carry. Finally, I would like to see more scrutiny of Alternative Trading Systems.
