Good Evening- I am a staunch proponent of this proposed rule. I believe this rule will make the stock market fairer and more transparent by promoting competition among different places where stocks are bought and sold. My hope is that this rule will help to level the playing field and will be a start to eliminating Alternative Trading Systems (ATS) and off market exchanges. There has been an absolute explosion in the use of these systems over the past 2 years, which looks to wipe out price discovery. Please approve and implement this rule ASAP - It's time to bring the United States Stock Market back to one that actually benefits retail investors and pension funds.
