March 30, 2023 Ban PFOF Payment for Order Flow allows for brokers and dealers to have inside information on how a particular stock will be traded. Ban the use of darkpools for retail investors. Darkpools were created for corporation use only. Stop halting stocks on the rise just because a short selling market maker tells you to. Halting stocks on the rise does not allow for natural movement within the stock and decreases the ability for companies to gain liquidity.
