March 27, 2023 I applaud the SEC for taking action for all investors to acquire Best Execution, although it feels like an 'auction' is still making it over complicated to a layman like me. However, I fully support this proposal because it is best for the majority of all investors. As a retail investor it has been quite disheartening to learn how my hard-earned money has been handled for decades. PFOF has been outlawed in many countries for good reason. I am thrilled you are working hard to stop it now. PFOF has helped to widen the gap between the wealthy and 'everyday Americans' as we were called in the letter from NYSE Group, LLC, JPMorgan, and Citadel dated March 6, 2023. The fact that they are vehemently against this proposal tells us it will hurt their revenue stream, and therefore it will be best for the rest of us. Thank you for your efforts. Cathy Gasper
