March 25, 2023 The large investment companies have proven repeatedly in the last decades they will maximize their profits at the cost of us individuals that have no choice but to invest on the stock market in order to hope to retire one day. I hope that this passes and everything that protects consumers from the industries greed will stay in place and be strengthened. Please don't let pushback from the industry prevent you from doing what is right for the people. Otherwise the SEC will have another Madoff, 2008, or 2000. The repeat of Glass-Steagal and Dodd Frank shows just how much power the industry has and how they ruin the little people with impunity. Please think of us first and don't give into their demands / asks.
