March 25, 2023 Thank you for the opportunity to comment on rule S7-32-22 regarding Regulation Best Execution. I support this rule because it will require broker dealers to establish, maintain, and enforce written policies and procedures to comply with the best execution standard. It would also give retail investors more transparency regarding how brokers are executing our trades. The current market structure is too opaque and retail investors are at a disadvantage from lack of transparency.
