I fully support this rule. Wholesalers need to be held accountable in a way that is significant and effective. Of orders are directed to wholesalers first, this gives them and unfair advantage. There needs to be more transparency to the public for what is going on in off exchange markets. Fair competition is of upmost importance and the more that any one entity can manipulate the market and get away with it, the more imbalanced everything will become. Wholesalers are positioned are dangerously positioned to profit off of businesses and investors and it seems as though they can basically get away with doing what ever they want to take advantage of both without facing any real or significant repercussion. I fully support any implementation and enforcement of regulations that will rectify this situation, as I see it as a danger and a huge problem to a truly free market. Thanks Andrew Brundage
