March 19, 2023 Dear SEC, I am a household/individual investor and I strongly support this rule proposal (S7-32-22). I support this proposal because I believe best execution should not be reliant on enforcement from self regulatory organizations. There is a clear conflict of interest here and I believe this proposal strengthens the SEC's capacity as a regulatory body to provide greater guidelines and ensure enforcement.
