March 19, 2023 Hello, I am in support of No. S7-32-22 Release No. 34-96496. The SEC needs to enforce rules that promote/regulate fair competition. I am in favor of prohibiting internalizing order flow for firms. Orders should be sent to the public auction where everyone has a fair chance to fulfill orders. PFOF needs to be banned. It is prohibited in the UK, and it should be prohibited here. Banning PFOF is a great step forward in providing a fair and transparent market. SEC needs to crack down on rule-breaking, with higher fines and jail time to repeat offenders. Also, and I should not have to do this, but I know it needs to be said: No special exemption for certain firms to ignore this rule. If enacted, EVERYONE has to follow the rule. Thanks
