March 8, 2023 The 'responsibility\" of the S.E.C was, is and will be to protect \"retail investors\" and not couple of individuals with deep pockets or connection i.e CITADEL. Theft is theft regardlessless of how it is packaged and we have had our hard earned money stolen due to lack of enforcement and fox guarding the hen house (by fox i mean citadel and co.). I support this proposal and i can only hope it gets enforced this time around for the well being of the world as a whole. Bad actors got to go. (by go i mean \"JAIL\")
