March 7, 2023 As an individual investor, I support the changes outlined in s7-32-22. Customers should be allowed some confidence that their orders will be made as favorable to them as is reasonable. Broker dealers that engage in conflicted transactions should be subjected to additional procedures. Execution quality should be reviewed regularly. Broker dealers should be expected to comply with the changes.
