March 8, 2023 I urge the Commission to NOT adopt the proposed trading regulations. As a retail investor for 50 plus years, I believe that such investors are getting great service from brokers. I can not see where the proposed auction will improve most retail investor/trader 's results. Brokerage houses need to make money and the present 'order flow' allows zero commission trades at prices that do not make a big difference to the retail trader.
