March 6, 2023 To whom it may concern, As a retail investor, I appreciate the SEC's efforts to enhance the market's integrity. However, I must express my opposition to the proposed rule changes. One of the reasons I was drawn to investing was the zero-commission fee structure, which provides significant benefits. Furthermore, despite my limited financial expertise, I believe that the data supporting these sweeping changes is insufficient. Therefore, I urge the SEC to reconsider the new regulations or, at the very least, to scrutinize them more closely.
