March 6, 2023 First I want to applaud the proposed rule changes, here and elsewhere. I fully support the SEC in going after competition, best execution and illicit activities used to opaque the financial sector. The rule changes are an excellent step in the right direction. I would personally like to see them go even farther, to make it a true fair and free market. That a few entities are not enriching themselves at the expense of hundreds of millions of others. As an aside, whatever Citadel and others say with these rules being too much...they're wrong. The rebuttal to their disdain is they shouldn't have built a system reliant on abuses if they didn't want to be bothered.
