March 4, 2023 As an everyday investor and average citizen of the United States of America I OPPOSE allowing any of this exchange to come into fruition. This is such an obvious conflict of interest and would create even more opportunity for abuse manipulation and straight up lying from institutions and big players behind the scenes. Securities and Exchange Commission I plead with you to do your job and protect all investors of course by doing so, you the SEC, would never allow this obvious conflict of interest and manipulation to come into being.
