March 4, 2023 As a household investor and actual investor putting funds into the markets (I do not sell securities and then fail to deliver them by the billions), I support this proposal for best execution. Citadel, Virtu, and other large market makers have rigged the markets while claiming to provide \"better execution\" when in fact they pay for order flow and internalize orders. There is no price discovery whatsoever.
