March 3, 2023 I feel that I must comment for the rule to be passed because the current situation with PFOF and retail orders being pushed to ATS or OTC. What ever the reason is that \"90-95%\" of retail trades are not hitting LIT exchanges needs to be addressed and I believe that this rule will address this by creating more competition for orders. Your commission is mandated to protect retail and this is one more step in that direction.
