March 3, 2023 I support this rule proposal since the current market structure may not be as fair for retail investors as suggested, as they may not always receive the best execution or prices for their trades. The proposed reforms aim to address several issues holistically, rather than in isolation and ensure a more level playing field for all investors. In regards to use of intraday auctions as have been used successfully in other markets, such as the London Stock Exchange. And it may have benefits for retail investors, such as increased price transparency and competition. Please consider my comments. Thank you.
