Hello,

I strongly support S7-32-22 to require broker-dealers to actually research and seek out the best possible execution of their clients' orders. Broker-dealers need to disclose more information to their clients about their best execution practices, including data on execution quality and the factors that they consider in making their determinations. This increased transparency and accountability is critical for a competitive and fair market.

By promoting a level playing field for investors and requiring broker-dealers to act in their clients' best interests, S7-32-22 would enhance investor protection and help to restore confidence in the securities market.
