This rule is very important to ensure the integrity of the market structure. As an household investor, sometimes I am scared to invest my money because of the bad execution standard when the broker dealer paid for the order flow.
This proposed rule would allow me to regain more trust in the stock market. In my opinion this is not enough, but it's still a great improvement and I support it.
