February 24, 2023 As an individual investor, concerned with how unfair the markets currently are, as well as the predatory practices of market makers and brokers of taking advantage of individual retail investors, I agree with the proposed rules. Individual investors should be able to make impact on the price of securities, instead of being internalized or front-run by entities more powerful than retail investors and negating price discovery. When participating in the stock market, individual investors should be allowed on the same playing field as large powerful entities and be given best execution of orders. I believe Payment for Order Flow should be banned completely as it also happens to be invented by Bernie Madoff and now is being abused by Citadel's Ken Griffin. Thank you.
