Dear SEC,
Orders need to be executed on the LIT EXCHANGE What sense does it make for orders not to be immediately executed on them? It ruins price discovery when orders are sent elsewhere.
We need an end to dark pools FTDs. They need to be obsolete. I cannot buy a share and then have it fail to deliver to me. It makes no sense. Would it make sense for me to buy a share and then ask to pay later? Of course not. At this day and age, we have all the technology for these practices to be completely transparent and accurate.
