Absolutely disgusting that this is even being proposed against the retail investors. This will allow hedge funds to manipulate the stock market even more than they already do. The entire S7 is disgusting. It will hide proper price discovery and benefit the market makers and hedge funds more than you already allow. The SEC does nothen for retail investors or hard working people with lies and misinformation towards the people with there retirements and investments. Sent from my iPhone
