February 7, 2023 Dear Sec, this proposed rule change will only further the kraken that is citadel and virtue in the fight to undermine price discovery by allowing them to buy all the auctions and to internalize each. and. every. buy order. I am absolutely against this proposal as it will only make the markets more opaque when they require clarity. Kind regards, Julian
