January 30, 2023 I'd like this rule to include all hours trading access and specify that all limit orders be extended hours trades by default. Further, I'd also like access to options in increments of $.01 or less as I see these trades happening in the data, but don't have access to them. Also, I'd like hidden/contingent/triggered orders to be available at all hours of trading by default. And lastly, I'd like to have the limits removed on the sale prices of securities where currently some brokers limit the sale price to 10x the current price. This would be for placing longer term, and get lucky sell orders.
