January 30, 2023 Regarding SEC Proposal: S7-32-22 Within the S7-32-22 proposal, it clearly states that Payment for Order Flow (PFOF) and Internalization cause conflicts of interest that may adversely affect best execution. To facilitate best execution, simply remove the root causes of conflict of interest and disallow PFOF or Internalization in any form.
