 My name is Jack Pieper.

I am a retail investor and advocate for market fairness. I plan to be a participant in US markets for decades, and as such, have a vested interest in seeing a level playingfield when it comes to investing.

I think that this regulation goes a long way in further aligning the interests of market participants and the broker dealers who carry out the orders for them. If broker dealers want to use retail order flow, they should do so in SEC compliant ways. This piece of regulation allows for the further oversight of order flow and best execution practices, which I am in support of.

I think the previous piece of regulation surrounding \"Best execution\" is particularly vague. Broker dealers have a fiduciary duty to their users to act in good faith and in a way that is mutually beneficial between them and their customers. If they act in a way that harms their users, they should be held accountable.

I fully support the passing of this regulation. I would like to send my support to Chairman Gensler and the SEC team. Regulation like this is necessary for a healthy and transparent market.

Thank you,
- Jack
