January 18, 2023 Best execution is one of the most important part of our market. Executing orders into the lit exchange should already be implemented a long time ago. FTD should never exist to begin with. No market should have any Failures-To-Deliver under any circumstances. Failing on a delivery of goods means fraud, short and simple. Execute orders and deliver the shares. Shares purchased must be under the best price available. Internalizing and ATS (Dark Pools) should not be allowed for anyone buying stock, bonds, etc. Approve this rule as it'll be an amazing step forward to creating a more transparent and better market.
