 Dear SEC,

I am writing as a retail trader to express my support for proposed Regulation Best Execution (34-96496). I believe that this proposal will greatly benefit retail traders like myself by ensuring that we receive the best possible execution when placing trades.

I particularly appreciate the proposal's emphasis on transparency, as I believe that clear and accessible information about execution quality will empower me to make informed decisions about where to trade. Additionally, the requirement that brokers make a \"comparison of execution quality\" available to customers will help me to evaluate the quality of different trading venues and make choices that are in my best interest.

I also appreciate the proposal's focus on fairness and the need to \"prevent fraud, manipulation, and other abusive practices.\" I believe that these measures will help to protect retail traders like myself from bad actors in the market.

Overall, I believe that this proposal is a step in the right direction for protecting the interests of retail traders like myself. Thank you for considering my input.

Sincerely,
Robert Graham Brunner
