Best execution is very important because even small amounts that retail lose from pfof adds up. Trades happening internally within a company seems very manipulative and everyone should know how their trades executed on the open market.
FTD needs to be heavily regulated and strictly enforced since it is being used as a tool to manipulate security prices.
