January 12, 2023 Regulating and closely monitoring best execution is in retail's best interest. Right now we are being robbed by high frequency traders every time we buy a security This is a great start, but until we address the issue of Fails to Deliver (FTDs) retail will never be able to truly participate in the market. Enforcing immediate execution of trade and delivery of security (not sure how to describe this? Is T+0 a thing haha?) could theoretically solve this entire issue, by eliminating the problem at its root
