January 12, 2023 I support this and the other 3 proposals put forward in December. I want to encourage the SEC to do more to also regulate Failure To Deliver, known as FTDs, as well as to limit short selling . Both FTDs and short selling do not benefit the general or the businesses that seek capital in the markets. We must support honest markets and fair price discovery with a level playing field for all involved.
