Dear SEC,
I firmly believe that protecting an investors right to best execution is in the best interest of the market and economy as a whole. In order for their to be trust in the market, transparency and fair practices should always be enforced. I support the proposal as I believe that it is crucial to a fair market, and that it will spur furthur participation in the market.
