January 6, 2023 I am for this regulation. I am a retail trader and this is my profession. I think there should be transparency. Regardless of the number of shares an entity or individual has, orders needs to be First in First Out (FIFO). If you pull broker and wholesaler \"time and sale\" reports I am sure you will find where the retailer does not receive the execution it should. Only seasoned traders know to make this request and brokers are quickly to honor the price and time. When a trade is placed this is a contract between myself and the broker. This regulation would be good for the general public. Thanks
