January 3, 2023 This rule is an excellent way to a free and equal market for all. I support and hope to see it enacted to help level the playing field for all market participants. Dark pool abuse should be banned. There's a reason why its not legal anywhere else. I would also like to add Payment For Order Flow is a disservice to investors. Honestly speaking, I prefer to pay the transaction fee, that way I know I'm really getting best execution
