 Dear SEC,
I am writing to voice my support for an increase in transparency and fines for bad actors in the financial markets. This proposal is close to what I am looking for but it is not enough Keep going You are on the right track. Make sure that failing to adhere to these rules cannot be ignored and left as a cost of doing business. What happens when a company finds that the cost of undercutting best execution is more profitable than the fines? They steal from retail, the government takes its cut and no real change happens.
